Two designers each showing their designs, garments, and pattern techniques!
This is a retreat in the progress that I decided to bring in four designers of children's garments and animals. More to come as arrangements are made.

This is what Chris will be instructing!
Chris de Longpré – Chris will join us from Kentwood MI where she is the chief designer for Knitting At KNoon Designs. Best known for her whimsical stuffed toy patterns, Chris also designs for babies, children, and men and women. Chris has designed for magazines and publishers as well as her own well-known line of individual knitting patterns. Her first book, Timeless Knits for Kids – Size 4-14, is expected to be published in May, and will be available for autographing at the retreat.
Chris will be teaching four, 3-hour classes: “Fun With Short Rows Baby Beanie,” “Fun With Short Rows Gala Bag,” “Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails” (a stuffed toy project), and “Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog” (a second stuffed toy project). She will also give short talks on “Choosing Yarns for Kids,” and “Tips on Fit” (in knitting for kids, or anyone else!).
